1. Cancellation Policy
Short Stays (Under 5 Nights)
Cancel 5 days or more before check-in → Full refund
Cancel less than 5 days before check-in → No refund
Medium Stays (5–14 Nights)
Cancel 7 days or more before check-in → Full refund
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in → No refund
Long Stays (14+ Nights)
Cancel 14 days or more before check-in → Full refund
Cancel less than 14 days before check-in → No refund
2. 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, you will receive a full refund
Provided your check-in date is not within that same 24-hour period
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings may be offered at a discounted non-refundable rate
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
This includes cancellations, no-shows, or early departures
4. Third-Party Bookings
If your booking was made through platforms such as:
Airbnb
Booking.com
VRBO
👉 The cancellation policy of that platform will apply
5. No-Shows & Early Departure
Failure to check in on your arrival date will be treated as a no-show
No refunds will be issued
If you leave early:
No refund will be provided for unused nights
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow a reasonable timeframe for processing
A small processing fee may be deducted where applicable
7. Cancellation by CCP Stays Ltd
In rare circumstances where we need to cancel your booking (e.g. maintenance, safety issues, or system errors):
A full refund will be provided
No further liability will be accepted
8. Amendments to Bookings
Changes to booking dates or details are subject to availability
Changes are not guaranteed
